Description

A casting kit that captures your dog's paw in 3D - every pad, every claw, every wrinkle between their toes.

Not a flat print. A solid cast of the real shape of their foot, made at home in about fifteen minutes.

How does it work ?

1. Mix the mould
Stir the moulding powder into water until it is smooth.

2. Press their paw
Hold their paw in the mould for about two minutes. It stays cool and soft while it sets.

3. Pour the cast
Fill the mould with casting stone and leave it to harden.

4. Reveal it
Peel the mould away, sand it smooth, and paint it if you like.

Is this safe for my dog ?

Yes. The moulding powder is the same skin-safe type used for baby hand and foot casts. It is non-toxic, stays cool as it sets, and peels away cleanly - nothing sticks to their fur, and it rinses off with water.

Their paw is only in the mould for about two minutes, and they can stay lying down the whole time.

What if my dog will not stay still?

Do it when they are settled - lying in their bed or half asleep is ideal. It helps to have someone with them keeping them calm while you hold the tub.

The kit has enough moulding powder for two casts, so a first attempt does not have to be the only one.

Can I still do this if my dog is old or unwell?

Yes. They can stay lying down in their bed the whole time - it only takes a couple of minutes of gentle contact, with no pressure on their leg or joints.
